Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Settings → Billing → Cancel. The downgrade applies at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.
What counts toward my minutes?+
Every minute of source video or audio you process — pasted YouTube URLs, uploads, or auto-monitored channel pickups. Re-running outputs for something you've already processed doesn't spend minutes again.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan gives you 12 minutes for life with no card. You only enter billing details if you upgrade.
How is 'brand voice' applied?+
You paste five or so examples of writing that sounds like you. Askube uses them as style references on every output, on every plan.
What happens if I run out of minutes?+
We tell you as you get close, and outputs pause until your monthly minutes refresh or you upgrade. Nothing you've already made disappears.
Does annual really save money?+
Yes — paying yearly is 15% cheaper than twelve monthly payments, on every paid tier. Switch between monthly and annual any time.
